Stane Street Players

Has been on the amateur stage since he was 16 and has played many roles over the years, many of whom have been military men. They include General Boothroyd in ‘Lloyd George Knew my Father’, Major Pollock in ‘Separate Tables’ and Sergeant Wilson in ‘Dad’s Army’. Recently appeared as Colonel Von Schmelling in ‘Allo, Allo’,  John Profumo in ‘Christine, The Musical’ and Captain Von Trapp in ‘Sound of Music’. He is also rehearsing the role of Coach Dumber in Footloose.
