1997 – Coarse Acting
Michael Green defines a Coarse Acting Play as a “closely observed imitation of stage disaster”, and these plays cover a range of disasters appalling enough to turn any show into a Coarse one. They are also, of course, extremely entertaining.
Our last show at Chappel and Wakes Colne Village Hall – the adjudication by the North East Essex Drama Guild didn’t really seem to get what we were trying to do – but we had a ball!
And some AMAZING costumes!!
